Cancellation process

Changes to orders/Cancellation of orders must be done within 24hrs from the time of order placement.
Customer can notify cancellation of order by Whatsapp /call- 91-8825740704 or mail to support@athulyaa.com within 24 hours of Order placement.
Beyond 24 hours, 50% of the product cost will be with held and rest will be refunded.
For customised products like Dolls or personalised printed products, No refund is entertained on order cancellation. Only shipping Cost will be refunded when notified.
For International orders, once product is picked up by shipping agency, no order cancellation can be processed, even if notified within 24 hours.
The above rules apply to both Domestic and International orders.
