Return and Refund Policy

Domestic orders

Your request for return and refund will be accepted on the following conditions:

  • If the product is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition.
    • If the wrong item is delivered to you (wrong size, color, quantity).
    • If items are missing or not delivered
  • Returns will strictly not be entertained based on looks different or Likeablity of the product after receipt. Athulyaa has given a original pic of the product in website ,along with size & dimensions .Customer can also get into a video call,if needed to see products live, before ordering. Any changes in order or product should be notified before despatch.
  • offers COD (Cash on Delivery) facility upto Rs.3000 orders. However, orders split just to avail COD facility will be rejected.
  • Customer should notify us within 48 hours of product receipt. A real product picture or video of damaged product should be accompained to justify the claim.
  • For products to be eligible for return, they must be in the original unused condition. A copy of the purchase receipt is required for the return and refund request to be accepted.
  • Return and refund is not applicable for custom orders, Dolls and Wedding essentials category
  • In special cases, if the product doesn’t meet your requirement, then return can be accepted but refund is not possible. Instead, an exchange option is available or a coupon for the corresponding amount will be issued, wherein the customer can make purchases anytime upto next 6 months, for the same amount. 
  • The shipping charges on returns are to be borne by the customer.
  • Changes to orders/Cancellation of orders must be done within 24hrs from the time of order.
  • In case of partial cancellation, only gift coupons can be issued for the specific amount. Refunds are not applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the products are completely examined and approved by our quality control team. 
  • reserves the right to process or cancel the order according.

International Orders

  • For International Orders to be eligible for returns, Customer should notify us within 7 working days of product receipt.
  • We make full efforts to show products before despatch and do proper export packing. For International orders, no returns are accepted. However, a refund will be issued for damaged or defective products. Only product cost will be returned.

Refunds process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 working days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
